Greer/Greenville, South Carolina Hotel - Customer Reviews

The Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites is close to many fun and cultural attractions like the Palmetto Expo Center and Peace Center. But proximity to interesting activities merely scratches the surface of what this Greenville, South Carolina hotel is all about. But don’t take our word for it. Here are the unsolicited comments from several satisfied guests.

“If it was possible for me to award a business and its staff an award comparable to the ‘Oscar’ it would be the staff of this part of your organization. My sons and I stayed at this location this past weekend with plans for doing things away from the hotel all 3 days. But Mother Nature made sure that on Saturday, this was all but impossible (ice, sleet, and snow for about 20 hours). She did a good job of assuring us that not only were we not going to do things as planned, but that just getting food would be a challenge. And when you travel with twin teenage boys, boredom is always a moment away.

But the entire staff, from housekeeper to General Manager, and everyone in between went an extra mile to make sure all needs were met, and that the day was even enjoyable for adults and children alike. In all my years of traveling, never have I been more pleased and felt that the customer was the most important thing to a business. You as a corporation have a "gem" in Teresa Ross and her staff. She has surely sold me, and all my future stays will be with Holiday Inn, even if it's not the closest to my destination. I am not a person that sends praise out for service often, but this group of individuals deserves all this and more, and made it imperative that they are given all the credit they deserve. Thank you.”

“I wish to express my sincere thanks to you all for your kindness shown during my recent stay on 31 October and 01 November. I was involved in an accident at the airport on the evening of 01 November resulting in a broken shoulder. After receiving medical treatment, I returned to the hotel. Being seven hours from home, traveling alone, and dealing with a very painful injury was quite traumatic. Everyone at the hotel was very kind and compassionate and showed a real dedication for my concern and well being. I was checked on numerous times by hotel staff to see if I needed anything. They even brought breakfast to my room. This continued throughout the day on 02 November until my family could make the drive to carry me home. I have been a guest of your hotel numerous times and have always been well satisfied. Please know that your kindness is very much appreciated and will never be forgotten.”
